CHBI Well Inspection Services

Colorado’s Best Home Inspections LLC‘s well inspection services are only performed at the time of CBHI home inspection services, offered as a convenience to CBHI’s respected clients. CBHI does not offer and/or provide stand-alone well inspection services.

The CBHI well inspection service fee is in addition to the CBHI home inspection fee; separate well inspection fees correspond to the number of wells to be inspected.

CBHI Well Inspection Service Description and Protocol Includes: 

• A two to three-hour well pump flow test measuring water flow every 15-30 minutes
• Monitoring pump current flow (amperage) during the flow test
• Testing pressure tank pre-charge
• A visual inspection of the physically/visually accessible well system components:
• Pressure tank
• Pressure switch
• Control box
• Well cap or seal

CBHI Well Inspection Services are Performed in Accordance with the InterNACHI Well Inspection Standards of Practice (SOP)
