CBHI Water Sampling Services for Lead Potential Only (with Laboratory Testing/Analysis)

CBHI water sampling services for LEAD potential 1st & 2nd draw/lead only water sampling services, working with Colorado Analytical Laboratories, Inc., performed upon request for subject properties, such as but not limited to residential/historical homes and mountain homes/rural homes WITHOUT wells. Water sampling services require a minimum of 7 business days lead/turn around time from the water sample draw date and/or CBHI delivery date to the lab (all samples drawn after 12 noon are delivered to the lab the following day (scheduled holidays are not recognized as a business day in the laboratory’s service/performance timeline). Colorado Analytical Laboratories, Inc. water testing/analysis results reported via email as per Colorado Analytical Laboratories, Inc.'s service/performance timeline and CBHI service availability to report downloaded results. The CBHI water sampling service fee/lead only is in addition to the CBHI home inspection fee.

CBHI Well Water Sampling Services (with Laboratory Testing/Analysis):

CBHI’s well water sampling services and laboratory testing/analysis include testing/analysis for total coliform (bacteria and E. coli), nitrates, nitrites, lead, uranium, and arsenic.

The CBHI well water sampling service fee for each well water sample drawn is in addition to the CBHI home inspection fee and/or the CBHI well inspection fee, per each well water sample drawn.

CBHI well water sampling services require a minimum of 7 business days lead/turn around time from the water sample draw date and/or CBHI delivery date to the lab (all samples drawn after 12 noon are delivered to the lab the following day (scheduled holidays are not recognized as a business day in the laboratory’s service/performance timeline).
